I am horrible at keeping track of service dates, can you remind me?

For customers in our Customer Appreciation Program we will keep track of your service dates and send you either an Email, Text, or a phone call (Customer chooses contact method on Program form) reminder a week prior to service due date. So the customer can schedule their service before the due date expires.
